Villa L’Horizon Les Issambres – Roquebrune-sur-Argens
Our company had the privilege of working with our German customers to renovate one of their holiday homes on the Mediterranean coast. This Provençal house, which was once dark and cloistered, was transformed into a magnificent villa on the Côte d'Azur, equipped with all modern standards, without ever altering the soul of the building.
Our work was complete, from the creation of new openings to let in more light, to the complete overhaul of the electrical and fluid distribution networks. The roof was renovated, the waterproofing of the terrace was improved, and a superb terrace in exotic wood was created. We also worked with a craftsman specialising in wrought ironwork to add personalised details to the villa. The kitchen was modernised with a sober design, and external blinds were installed to provide shade on the terraces while preserving the view of Saint-Tropez thanks to glass railings. The choice of large-format tiling in light, timeless tones helped to give the house a harmonious style.
A key feature of this latest project at Les Issambres is remote management. Our German customers, as is often the case, were not physically on site. However, our expertise and our ability to communicate effectively with them enabled us to manage the project seamlessly, providing them with all the information they needed to have a perfect idea of how the site was progressing.
The use of remote communications, regular site photography and ongoing discussions with our customers were crucial to maintaining a smooth collaboration and ensuring that their expectations were fully met. This is an example of our commitment to providing a quality service, even in circumstances where the physical presence of customers is not possible.
This project has brought a beautiful Provençal property back to life while providing it with all modern conveniences. It is a perfect illustration of our ability to transform spaces to meet the unique needs of our customers.
